CARACOL BLANCO

Born in Buenos Aires with Majorcan blood and  family, he is passionate about the island and its cuisine. In fact, his first job in restoration was in Majorca when he was very young.

After a decade succeeding in the difficult and saturated dining scene in Moscow, Adrian returns to Majorca to offer his enriched, expert and international gastronomic vision, always with a Mediterranean filter .

 Solid proposals to enjoy through our senses, with the intention to democratize haute cuisine bringing it to everyone.

He was born in Moscow and has been working with Adrian over 8 years, becoming key part in his kitchen, adding freshness and discipline. Despite his young age, he has passed for the best kitchens in Europe.

She was born not long ago in a very gastronomic country, studied in "Le cordon bleu" of that country, Peru. He joined our team recently to our staff and brought us thier professionalism.

Born in Asturias long ago, he raised in Buenos Aires. Graduated in Economics and worked for 20 years in the family restaurant. In 2001 he landed in Palma and, after passing through some city restaurants as Pepe Pintos or Raspa Santa comes to our restaurant to become the experienced face in the Hall.

Born in Mallorca, with a touch of Swedish Matías brings us joy, taste, commitment and professionalism.

Born in Mar del Plata we don't know how long ago. In 2000 he comes to Mallorca and began his love for the world of restoration. He joined our team working in customer service, computers, public relations, graphic design and everything that he is asked for.

Romanian by birth, Spanish in the heart, worked for many years in Valencia in José Torel and in the famous Paseo Mallorca restaurant La cuchara. Now she has moved a few meters, and joined our team as dishwasher and kitchen cleaning staff, providing the always important feminine touch to the working group.

Born to Riva del Garda (Italy), a "Tifoso Milanista", he has been with us since 2015, bringing us his knowledge and experience of years in different countries in restaurants and hotels

Dani, born in Manresa and for several years on the island, Cook in the morning and waiter at night, joins our team in July this year providing us with its versatility.
